France-Affaire Benalla : Trois proches de Macron dans le collimateur de la justice

Ils sont accusés par le Sénat d’avoir fait de faux témoignage à la commission sénatoriale d’enquête dans le dossier Alexandre Benalla. C’est un rapport accablant qui a été transmis aux juges de Paris. Au niveau du gouvernement, cette saisine de la justice est considérée comme un coup politique contre le président Macron. La réponse du côté du Sénat ne s’est pas fait attendre. Le président du Sénat Gérard Larcher dit n’être en guerre avec personne. Au Sénat, on soutient que le bureau du Sénat a suivi la position de la commission d’enquête sénatoriale qui a estimé qu’il y avait une distorsion entre les déclarations lors des auditions de ces trois hauts fonctionnaires et la réalité. Ces accusation, si elles arrivent à être établies par le paquet de parquet de Paris constituent un délit passible d’une peine privative de liberté jusqu’à 5ans de prisons et d’une amende de 75 000 euros. Rappelons qu’Alexandre Benalla a été interpellé premièrement pour avoir violenté un manifestant au cours d’une manifestation le 1er mai 2018 à Paris, alors chargé de mission à l’Elysée avant d’être limogé plus tard.[:]
